We'll carefully assess your claim and match the competitor's price, as long as it adheres to the terms and conditions outlined below. The entire process is simple and hassle-free.

Terms and conditions

Our Best Price Guarantee (“guarantee”) applies only to the group package tours published on this website, all tailor-made requests are excluded. If you are travelling solo, you can claim the guarantee only if there are other participants on your chosen tour date. All claims must be made before initial deposit payment, i.e. before the holiday contract is concluded. A competitor offer must be identical to the package selected for the same departure date and include the same services offered by our company (excursions, accommodation, meals, flights if applicable, etc.). A competitor offer must be generally available to book immediately and must not be reduced by redemption of any discount voucher. All DYI packages will not be considered as a competitor offer.
